Writing Effective Research Proposals
SSRI invites you to join the workshop on Writing Effective Research Proposals by Michael Alley, Penn State University. Alley is a well known expert on efficient communication of scientific information, and has published three books about such topics on Springer.
As an addition to the course on scientific presentation and writing, Michael Alley has developed a half-day workshop on how to write effective research proposals. This workshop will primarily target postdoctoral fellows, but should also be relevant for PhD students and other staff members. Participation is particularly recommended for those who have limited experience with proposal writing on beforehand.
The workshop will be a combination of lectures and exercises. If you would like to attend the workshop, mark the following time slots in your calendar:
