ABSTRACT
The behaviour of the Purkinje system (PS) during normal sinus rhythm is well characterized, but what roles does it play during arrhythmia and defibrillation? This talk will identify key challenges associated with modelling the PS and discuss how simulation results will lead towards the development of a virtual electrophysiology lab.
