I am a Research Scientist in the Software Engineering Department at the Simula Research Laboratory. Before joining Simula, I was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at University College London. I hold a PhD and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, and a BSc in Software Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
My research interests are focused on software engineering, and more specifically on model-based development of complex software-intensive systems. My current research is primarily concerned with modelling, analysis, and certification of safety-critical embedded software. This work is being conducted in the context of the ModelME! Project - a joint endeavour between Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and Simula.
More details about me and my research can be found on my Personal Homepage.
