My designated affiliation at Simula is with the Computational Geoscience group where I am working on a novel front tracking method for fast simulation of 3D geological folds, called the 3D Parallel Marching Method with Tor Gillberg.

My academic interests are: Parallel computing, GPGPU, High-performance computing, Performance programming in C/C++ and Python, Finite Difference Methods for Solving PDEs and Automated C-to-CUDA code translation. Lately, I have also developed a strong interest in Exascale computing.

My non-academic interests are: football, tennis, movies, theaters, opera, music, art and travelling.
